True North Fabrications

The TNF 2022+ Toyota Tundra Modular Front Bumper is designed for practicality, strength, and ease of installation. The shell is separate from the winch plate, providing better durability and simplifying the installation process. Bolt-on outer wings allow for easy replacement or swapping between styles without replacing the entire bumper. Laser scanning was used during development to ensure precise fitment. Intended for off-road use only.

  • THIS IS A PRE-FABRICATED BUMPER. Ready-to-install, professionally welded and finished for immediate use.
  • Modular design with a separate winch plate and bolt-on wings for easy customization.
  • Laser-scanned for precision fitment, accurate to within 0.005 inches.
  • Includes TSS and sensor relocation for seamless integration.
  • Weight: Approximately 120 lbs (additional weight for grille guard tubing).

Materials:

  • Frame mounting plate, winch plate, and vertical supports: 1/4" HRPO steel.
  • Sheet metal components: 7 and 11 gauge HRPO steel.
  • Tubing: 1.75" OD .120 wall gauge HERW steel.
  • Recovery points: CNC-machined from 3/4" steel.

Winch Compatibility:

  • Designed for the Warn Evo 12,000 lb winch with a 10" x 4.5" mounting pattern.
  • Certain winches may require control box relocation.

Note: To install this bumper, the factory active front spoiler must be removed, which triggers an error code. This module prevents that issue: 2022+ 3rd Gen Tundra Front Active Spoiler Delete Module

We recommend powder coating your bumper locally to minimize the risk of shipping damage. While we offer powder coating and carefully package every order, we cannot cover damages that occur during transit.
