Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)

SRQ Fabrications is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
