Enhance your off-road performance with this Long Travel Suspension Kit, designed to increase track width by 3.5" per side while maintaining 4WD functionality. Offering up to 12.5" of wheel travel, this premium system bolts directly to the factory control arm mounting locations and delivers unmatched strength, durability, and tunability.

Upper control arms are upgraded with TOTAL CHAOS 1" uniballs, featuring heat-treated stainless steel construction and a military-grade PTFE liner to reduce noise and improve corrosion resistance. Urethane bushings on both the upper and lower control arms significantly reduce deflection compared to factory rubber bushings, providing improved steering precision and trail handling. Lower control arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted, and feature dual shock tabs to accommodate TC-specific external bypass shocks for enhanced dampening control. Adjustable limit strap clevises are included to prevent overextension of the suspension during droop travel, ensuring long-term reliability.
