2003-2009 4th Gen 4Runner Expedition Series Stock Length Lower Control Arms

The TOTAL CHAOS Stock Length Dual Shock Lower Control Arms are designed to deliver lightweight strength, maximum ground clearance, and unmatched suspension performance. Built from 4130 chromoly with fully boxed laser-cut plates and internal gussets, these arms offer superior durability for aggressive off-road use while remaining bolt-on for convenience.

These control arms feature a billet CNC machined uniball cup with a 1" stainless steel uniball, replacing factory ball joints for enhanced articulation and strength. The integrated steering stop tabs maintain factory turning angles, while urethane pivot bushings provide a tighter steering feel and easy maintenance via zerk fittings.

Dual shock mount tabs allow the addition of a bypass shock for maximum tunability. The arms are compatible with shocks up to 3.0" in diameter and work with all aftermarket brands. However, a 1.25" wheel spacer is required to prevent tire interference with the second shock mount at full lock.
