2021+ Bronco Front Winch Bumper

Info to know before you order:

• This bumper will not work with body lifts without leaving an additional gap between the bumper and the grille. It will work with stock-height and suspension-lifted vehicles.
• There may be small imperfections on the surfaces of the parts, such as small areas of surface rust or shallow scratches caused during the manufacturing or shipping processes.
• All bumpers include parking sensor holes and a front camera relocation. Caps are included to fill the holes if your Bronco does not have a front camera or parking sensors. 
• This bumper will not work with the Raptor Bronco or other flared fenders, without modifying the fenders.

A little about the bumper:

• The new open hybrid design is stronger, more lightweight, and offers the best approach angle.
• We wanted to be able to offer the best fitment possible so we took our design a step above all the other fabrication companies out there and had the front of the truck laser-scanned! This allows us to model the bumper within our CAD programs using a virtual representation of the truck that is accurate to within .005 inches!
• The winch plate and skid supports are all 3/16" HRPO steel. The main vertical supports and mounting plates are 1/4” HRPO steel. The face plate is 11ga gauge HRPO steel. All tubing is 1.75 OD .120 wall HREW steel.
• The bumper was modeled around a warn Zeon 8000 winch that has a 10" x 4.5" mounting pattern and centered fairlead/spool. Other winches may fit (similar size and mounting pattern required). Depending on the winch size you will possibly need to detach and relocate the control box.
• So to offer the best fitment possible, we made all the mounting points slightly oversized. This will give you a little adjustability when mounting. New bolts and washers are included.
• Weighs roughly 95 lbs. Any grille guard tubing will add to this.

Powder Coat: We recommend having your bumper powder coated locally once you receive it. Although we love providing you with a beautifully powder-coated bumper, there is a risk of it getting damaged during shipping. We do our best to package the bumper as well as we can, but somehow there are still a lot of instances when damage occurs during shipping. Therefore, we will continue to offer powder coating, but we can no longer cover any damages incurred during shipping.
