Upgrade your steering system and maximize component strength with this Chromoly Tie-Rod Kit featuring 7/8" chromoly heim joints. Designed to replace factory outer tie rods, this kit eliminates sloppy steering and ensures durability under extreme conditions. The included heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel hi-misalignment spacers and chromoly tie-rod extensions are engineered for stock-width vehicles and are compatible with either factory lower ball joints or the TOTAL CHAOS Lower Uniball Conversion (PN: 96140-H).

To further enhance strength, weld-on double shear tabs are included to reinforce the outer tie-rod mounting location. This upgrade requires welding, grinding, and drilling the lower ball joint hole for installation. With Grade 8 hardware supplied, this kit ensures a secure and robust setup, ideal for demanding off-road applications.
