Designed for off-road enthusiasts, the TOTAL CHAOS 3.5-Inch Long Travel Kit delivers exceptional performance, durability, and tunability. This kit increases track width by 3.5 inches per side, adds 2.5 inches of ground clearance, and offers up to 12.5 inches of wheel travel with 4WD. Constructed with extended 4130 chromoly upper and lower control arms, it bolts directly to factory mounting points and reduces unsprung weight by 5 pounds per lower arm compared to the Standard Series. Fiberglass fenders are required for proper clearance.
Upgraded 1-inch TOTAL CHAOS uniballs replace factory ball joints, offering enhanced strength and wheel articulation. The uniballs feature heat-treated stainless steel for corrosion resistance and a military-grade PTFE liner for quiet, smooth operation. Urethane bushings are utilized in the control arms to reduce deflection, providing a tighter, more responsive trail feel. Lower control arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted, and pre-tabbed for dual shock capability.
Designed to pair with TC-specific 2.5-inch long travel coilovers, this kit also includes dual shock tabs for the addition of external bypass shocks, allowing complete customization of dampening and ride quality. Adjustable limit strap clevises ensure proper suspension droop control, and all pivots feature zerk fittings for easy maintenance.
