2003-2009 4th Gen 4Runner 35-Inch Race Series Long Travel With Coilovers

The TOTAL CHAOS +3.5" Race Series Long Travel Kit is built to transform your 4Runner into an off-road powerhouse. Designed for aggressive trail and desert use, this kit provides an additional 2.5" of ground clearance, increases track width by 3.5" per side, and delivers up to 12.5" of wheel travel with 4WD. The extended 4130 chromoly upper and lower control arms bolt directly to factory mounting points and are 5 pounds lighter per lower arm compared to the Standard Series.

This kit upgrades the stock ball joints to 1" uniballs, offering increased strength and wheel articulation. Urethane bushings replace the factory rubber ones for reduced deflection and a tighter, more controlled off-road feel. The lower arms are fully boxed, internally gusseted, and include dual shock tabs for maximum durability and customization. CNC-machined billet uniball cups maintain factory turning radius, while adjustable limit strap clevises and zerk fittings make maintenance a breeze.

Fiberglass fenders are required for proper clearance, and TC-specific 2.5" long travel coilovers ensure optimal performance.
