The +3.5" Race Series Long Travel Kit is engineered for serious off-road performance, increasing track width by +3.5" per side and delivering 12.5" of wheel travel with 4WD. Each lower arm provides 2.5" more ground clearance and is 5 pounds lighter compared to the Standard Series kit, offering improved handling and durability in demanding terrain.
Constructed from 4130 chromoly, the upper and lower control arms feature 1" uniballs for increased strength and wheel travel. TOTAL CHAOS uniballs are built with a heat-treated stainless steel ball and race for superior corrosion resistance, while a military-grade PTFE liner minimizes noise. Urethane bushings reduce deflection for a tighter off-road feel, with zerk fittings included for easy lubrication.
Billet CNC machined uniball cups integrate into the boxed lower arms for added strength and maintain the factory turning radius. Fully boxed lower arms are internally gusseted and include dual shock tabs to support TC-specific external bypass shocks for customizable performance. Integrated steering stop tabs ensure factory turning angles with no modifications to OEM ball joint cradles.
TC-specific 2.5" long travel coilovers bolt directly to the factory coil bucket. Extended travel shocks are incompatible with this kit. Adjustable limit strap clevises are included to control suspension droop, ensuring consistent performance as limit straps stretch over time.
This kit includes DOT-approved stainless steel braided brake lines, TC custom 17-4 stainless hi-misalignment spacers, and Grade 8 mounting hardware. Fiberglass fenders are required for proper fitment, and TC custom 4WD extended axles (sold separately) are needed to retain 4WD.
Handcrafted in the U.S.A., the kit is finished with a durable 3-stage powder coat process for long-lasting protection.
